• Navigate to Location Settings: Head to the Location Settings section to get started.
• Access Conversation AI: Within the Business Services category, find the Conversation AI tab. This is your hub for bot configuration and settings.
• Set Up Your Preferences:
  • Calendar Selection: Pick a calendar for your booking link. This ensures that your contacts receive the correct booking and scheduling information.
  • Additional Questions: Customize the conversation flow by adding extra questions and answers that align with your business.

• Select Supported Channels: Choose your preferred communication channels, including SMS, Facebook, and Instagram. Stay tuned for Google My Business (GMB) support as well!

• Customize Conversation Flow: The AI Bot engages in a series of questions to understand the services your contacts are seeking, their preferred location, and their willingness to book an appointment.
